All Swim.

Swimming is an excellent exercise choice for anytime of the year, but it is especially popular in the summer months because there are many more available swimming options for us. People of any age can swim for a workout since it is low impact and it protects and is easy on the joints.

Benefits of swimming: Excellent cardiovascular exercise, builds endurance, strengthens the lungs, and promotes weight loss through the formation of lean muscle groups.

You can start slowly and pace yourself until you gain momentum to go a further distance.

Swimming is also cool and refreshing and you will be having so much fun that you will forget you are even working out.
