Chill Out.
Chill out and feel better with an "Herbal Iced Tea".
Ingredients:
Chamomile: instant calm.
Ginger: prevents motion sickness and queasiness.
Peppermint: energizes, refreshing, reduces bloating and stomach upsets.
Lemon Balm: calms nerves, relaxes away a headache, mild anti-depressant, helps insomnia.
How to brew:
Add 10 tea bags per quart of water. Add boiling water to a heatproof vessel, put in the tea bags, cover (this is important when you’re making medicinal tea—you don’t want the essential oils to escape through steam), and steep for 10 minutes. Squeeze the tea bags, add ingredients and chill.
Sláinte!
