Nutritional Rx.

Physician tests show that imbalanced hormone levels can make you overweight. Here are some examples on how this can affect your body and what foods you should eat that can help counteract these specific effects on your body.

Health Problems:

insomnia, fatigue, frequent infections, high blood pressure, low libido and belly fat.

Culprits:
