
Since this summer has been so topsy-turvy when it comes to the weather, I thought I could list a few indoor exercises that we can all do to get out of the rain, but also stay on track with our goals of staying in shape.- jumping jacks.
- jog and run in place.
- squats and lunges.
- stretching.
- push-ups.
- ab crunches.
- bench dips (with a chair).
- lateral raises (add light weights).
- martial arts - kicks & punches.
- yoga and pilates.
*Tip: If you don't have any free weights on hand, you can substitute with water bottles or soup cans.
No excuses, not even the rain!
