Fall is the best season to go for a super refreshing, brisk walk. Walking in fall is not only a great workout for your body but also does wonders for your state of mind. Looking at the breathtaking colors and picturesque views brings this instant euphoria and makes us relax and feel at ease.

Living in New England is the best place to enjoy all the wonders fall has to bring. The next few weeks are prime foliage time, let's all get out there and splurge on the beauty this season brings.
