Fab Abs!


The summer weather is here and I know most of you woman want to look hot in that bikini bathing suit, or guys, you want to go shirtless an have an amazing flat toned stomach. Losing the stomach poach isn't as easy as it sounds. Let's see what we can do to get you into tip top beach body shape in the next few months.

1.) You will need to slowly reduce your calorie intake so this puts your body into fat burning mode, you will start losing your belly fat gradually.
2.)Aerobic exercise - This helps burn fat from fat cells directly, which includes the stomach.
3.) Strengh training - Here is where you can focus on placing direct stress on those specific trouble spots where you want to lose fat and gain muscle.

If you don't have an exercise ball I strongly recommend purchasing one (they are very affordable).
