Like most Americans one of my favorite past times is eating pizza. It doesn't have to be unhealthy. I found some great tips on ordering a nutritious pizza.
1.) Order a whole wheat crust.
2.) Stick with classic pizza sauce (no buffalo or cream sauces)
3.) Go light on the cheese
4.) Choose grilled chicken (instead of pepperoni or sausage)
5.) Add extra veggies (go crazy! as much as you want)
