Fighting Gravity



Indoor rock climbing anyone? This is something I have been dying to try for the last couple of years but never seemed to get around to it. This is one of my summer goals to make sure I make it happen and soon. The great thing about indoor rock climbing is you can do it anytime of year and never have to worry about the weather. Rock climbing is a good aerobic and anaerobic workout. It also burns calories, builds endurance and mental and physical agility.
