Beach Strollin'

There are many benefits of walking on the beach. Besides our obvious favorites, the relaxing smell of salt water, breathing in the fresh air or the stunning view and people watching. Walking in the sand at a slower pace is great exercise because it requires more effort than fast paced walking on a hard surface or even jogging.
Walking on the beach you actually lose 20-50% more calories than walking on a hard surface.
* Remember if you are walking long distances wear some comfortable shoes, for shorter distances barefoot is fine..

"Enjoy searching for the most unique seashells on the beach, watching the picturesque sunset or holding hands with the person you love. Ain't life grand"?!
