Wacky workout trend #1: The Jedi Workout

Equipment needed: Lightsaber or household broom

What is it: Consists of one, two or multiple people battling it out, it strengthens your upper and lower body and provides an intense cardio workout.

Creator: Founded on a whim by a Star Wars enthusiast.

Classes are only available in N.Y. and L.A., but you can find past lesson plans on and you can battle right at home.
