Catching Some ZZZ's...

The Task: Get a good nights rest!

The Reason: inadequate sleep can cause decreases in concentration, reflexes, performance and information learning. It also can cause memory lapses, behavior problems (moodiness), accidents and injuries.

Signs you have a sleeping disorder: snoring, problems with sleeping at night, breathing pauses while sleeping, difficulty staying awake during the day, decrease in daytime performance at work and home.

*If you are showing signs of any of these disorders it is important you see your doctor immediately.

If you are just a night owl make sure you make up for the hours you are missing at night, during the day. Even napping can go a long way to keep you alert and your mind healthy.
