Salsa Anyone? - Extra Cilantro Please!

One of my favorite snacks is homemade fresh salsa. It is packed with healthy vegetables, spices (sometimes fruit) and only 15 calories in a 1/4 of a cup. It is also a hit at any party.
*Tip: Replace your regular corn tortilla chips for the whole wheat, they taste just as good and better for you.
Delicious fresh tomato salsa recipe:
3 large tomatoes, seeded, chopped (3 cups)
1 small green bell pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)
8 medium green onions, sliced (1/2 cup)
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeƱo chile
2 to 3 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt

1. In glass or plastic bowl, mix all ingredients.
2. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
