Seiko SlimStick

Can you say cool gadget?! The Seiko SlimStick is a fitness device (pedometer on acid) that will detail calories burned across the day, length of daily activity, total numbers of steps taken and a relative fitness score to keep you in check. The SlimStick also will store 12 weeks worth of data so you can keep track of your progress. This aluminum clad gizmo also comes with a nifty clip.

*"10,000 steps is the recommended daily step goal for a healthy adult".

Here is a guideline on how many steps are enough!

Steps Per Day
Activity Level
<5,000>
sedentary
5,000 - 7,499
low active
7,500 - 9,999
somewhat active
>10,000
active
>12,500
highly active

Carrying one of these sleek, smart, sexy, cool devices definitely would motivate me to walk more!
